Recently I have been released from project after 3 hard working years once project went live

How much time CG will keep me on bench in case no project being alloted. Since in ijp most of the jobs coming are not matching my work profile. Also will they reconsider my salary based on project.

For C1, they will not keep you on bench for long time. As your pay grade is more as per company standard.

Keep checking IJP and also since you have been there since 3 years. Keep checking with your colleague for opening.

Honest advice will be utilize this time on bench and look for opportunity outside. You can barging for early release and get joining bonus from next company.
