Trending @Accenture; Time bond redeplyment process

I got s Auto generated mail from smart hub for high itp intimation. I have joined Accenture on 12 march:2025 and on itp from 27 march. I have completed 30 days on bench. They are saying to accept any project failing which leads to time bond redeplyment process of 45 days. What does it means?
