Till now Leave balance sick leave 20 Days , CL leave 30 days if I leave TCS can I get both SL+CL 50 days as paid salary.

CL expires every 31st March. You must be talking about EL not CL. Please check. You can only encash EL. Sick leave, CL, FL all will get expired

Nooi, only earned leave can be enchased. How come cl is 30 it's expire every financial year. It may be el so ya that only can be enchased
