So associates above C3B grade are only 20% still they are targeting C3A above for layoff.

Just confirm you joined tcs as fresher and this is your only company where you worked .
They think they are ruling market , as no other company followed their step . So they have no choice. But it is clearly showing there are no thing called management. There decisions are bullshit. Better to switch.
C3b and above are gandu , I am one of them
C3b and above is 1-2 months late from past few years. They will hardly get 1-2% even if they earn 10 lpa.
