Men, becoming fathers for first time, also go through rollercoaster of emotions. Cannot imagine the burden of overthinking - new responsibilities, ensuring mother n child are well, regular household chores plus work (where they don't get enough leaves)

Policies should change with time. Just as how it is getting harder to survive on one income. If u don’t have some family help in this phase, then I can’t imagine the harm
