Tight Deadlines vs WFO compliance what to do?

So I am on a finance project. The project is on a tight deadline. So we have been stretching from 8 AM till 11.30 PM. I adhered to WFO guidelines in April, May but didn't go to the office in June.

When HR called, I informed them that due to odd working hours I was not able to go to the office. But they are not listening. I asked them for a cab / office transport they declined them as well stating that it is a general shift project.

Even the manager is saying it's up to HR and HR is saying that I have to follow these guidelines. Any suggestion what shall I do?

And also one more thing they have put me in pre prod code for a month then they put me on prod code and after that they put me in bench code and from August onwards I am on project code.
