I have two offers, one is from Tiger analytics (remote for few months, hybrid later) and other is from Tredence analytics (hybrid) for nearly same package and role of senior data engineer. Can you please tell me which one I should choose? The location for hybrid model is Pune for both.

It is not there as of now. Till then it is remote work for me.
