I have offers from both Tiger analytics and EPAM systems for Data engineering roles with the similar package. Which one should I join?

Both are offering 35LPA CCTC: 26 LPA

Go for tiger. Fast growing. I have seen good working employ grow faster over there and they pay well. Also they are going big on gen Ai So lot of cross technology work to learn and grow

I have got to know through sources that EPAM is hire and fire company. If you aren’t able to clear client interview you might lose job. Happened to someone I know.
