Big4 is not that great for a Tier 1 grad tbh. GenMan is where the best crop of leadership go.

Yeah..MBB, IB roles.. then its up to the individuals. I know many big4 candidates joining MBA for better opportunities. Here i am trying to figure out post MBA trajectory in big4
