Tier 1 Builder are Smart to loot legally

Rera is a useless law created by Govt to protect themselves and builder.

I tired being a lot carefull in doing due deligence in buying a house but I keep finding gaps in laws which builders use well. Tier 1 builders are the worst.

Beware of buying homes from such folks.

Please don't fall for thier gimmicks and tricks which are full of traps at every step. Every word is a lie.
