TI Spoc mail for daily reporting on bench
Hi All, I’ve been on bench for 5 days and hadn’t received any communication, so I wasn’t going to office. Yesterday, I got a mail from TI SPOC stating that daily reporting to TI Pune ODC is mandatory. Everyone must be present in the ODC from 9 AM to 6 PM and complete 9 hours daily while on bench. We are expected to work on our skills during this time. If anyone is not attending, they must apply for leave and share a screenshot to avoid any consequences. Can anyone let me know issues in not reporting daily, or just punching in and out? How are you guys on bench reporting?
Apply leaves if you don't want to go office
I will be going. But as there is no work/no project/ what should a person do idle in office for 9 hours. So my question is, how are people managing punch in and punch out to manage the 9 hours requirement.
