I have 7.5 years of experience with a tech stack of Node/golang, React, and AWS. I've received three offers and would appreciate your insights to help me make a decision. Here are the key details for each:
Offer 1: Booking Holdings Role: Software Engineer II Annual Gross: INR 4,800,000 Bonus Target: 15% Relocation: 1 base salary + up to INR 350,000 reimbursement. Equity: $20,000 RSU target, no vesting in Year 1. Work: Hybrid (3 days in-office).
Offer 2: Docusign Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer Annual Base Pay: INR 6,092,800 Bonus Target: 10% Relocation: One-time incentive of INR 150,000. Equity: $110,000 RSU target, with 25% vesting after Year 1. Work: Hybrid (minimum of 2 days in-office).
Offer 3: BP Business Solutions Role: Senior Software Engineer Total Annual CTC: INR 4,871,600 Bonus Target: 10% Relocation: Support for relocation is provided, but specific details are not in the letter. Equity: Global Share match plan with a value of INR 57,600. Work: Pune-based.
