Three month notice period becoming a pain in the a**
Even though it's not new that labour laws and employee well being is a joke in this country, why can't there be any regulation against the 3 month notice ?
No firm needs 3 months to complete the transition and everyone knows it's a practice to control attrition.
Given the demand supply skew, the employees can't fight against it.
Why can't there be a regulation by the government to standardize it across the industry?
The government is ever ready to come eat into our incomes and expenditure but no considerations for us in any situation.
