Are there firms which are following hybrid models ? Jp, GS all went into 5 days wfo. As a working mom u would need sole flexibility. Please name out some firms if you know any.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (largest BIG4 Banks in Australia) currently following hybrid work mode (you have to come in office 40% of your working days in a month ). It's quite flexible. I belive other banks like ANZ, Westpac also following hybrid work mode.
BlackRock runs of 4+1 in all offices across the globe. For now in gurgaon it is 3+2 for some time
Wells Fargo.. but currently there is a hiring freeze in most Lobs and hybrid work policies are continuously changing. So it might become 5 days anytime sooner or later to align with their competitors.
