Threatening from TCS HR...
Recently I got allocated for the project and it belongs to a another state and access are also created for that workspace only...I requested for my living state office's access and they are not confirmed anything yet. And suddenly they released from the project, But I added time for those allocation time, now the hr asked me to put the leave for all those days else they will take abscond related action. Can any one tell me what will happen?
TCS HR is the most horrible lot. How to expose them and escalate them. They talk rude, talk policy without getting into deep or understanding meaning of it. And have no empathy or value for the associates. They act as if they own TCS, I really want to escalate their behaviour with instances without really being concerned about that impacting my time in TCS in return
They just want you to waste your Earned leave.
Remember: never give 3+ rating to HR and always mention their rude behaviour
Mail senior Hr keeping current hr in cc and mention all details, if they also react the same then go for higher to them, if still the same response
Then go for their dad in the org list and keep all the children in cc, if still the same response
Then only one option

If you added time while you were in the project then don't apply leaves. Told them that you were not informed about the release. It's their headache to resolve it.
It once happened to me. I didn't go to the office in the last two weeks of December and the first two weeks of January. And my manager asked me to apply leaves for those days even though I have worked on those days. The first time he told me over the phone. I told him okay, let me see. And I didn't apply. He followed up with me on teams chat and I told him that I won't be applying leaves for the days I have worked as it is unethical. I told him to request the same over the email. He did that and added his manager in the email chain. I said the same thing that I will not be applying leaves for the days I have worked as it is unethical. They just have one thing to say that there is no work from home either you apply leaves or come to the office. I told them that I was not informed about this by my manager (The current one to which I am talking is a temporary manager) and since I have worked for those days I won't be applying any leaves for those days. Then at night around 12:00 pm IST my temp. manager's manager replied in the email that "please follow the guidelines there is no work from home, and no more emails" and after that my manager didn't ask anything about applying leaves or anything as I have proof that he is doing unethical practices and some action might be taken against him. That is why his manager stepped in between to silence the issue.
Just try to understand the situation. You have all the rights to ask questions and reasons. Play smart.
I have asked for the release from. My project and hr is also added in the email still my manager wants to discuss the issue. This has been happening for 1 month. HR,DM and DP are also added in email still there is no reply from them .
What to do?
In tcs hr ppl think they are govt employees, that's the issue
TCS hrs are puppets of project managers they cam not take aby decision without asking project manager
They cannot allocate you any won that's why they ask you to take leave
