Threatening from C5 level manager after resignation
So there I am, chilling on the physio bed, when my bigshot C5 manager starts blowing up my WhatsApp with threats because I missed his call by a whole 15 minutes. The nerve! Talk about a power trip.
He really thought he could scare me by saying he'd extend my release date. As if! I'm already on my way out the door, buddy.
When I called him out on it, he tried to play it off as a "joke". What a riot! Guess the joke's on him now that I reported his little tantrum to the HRBP. Karma's a real b, ain't it?
Gotta love those cheap management tactics. All I can say is, thanks for the laugh, Mr. C5! Now excuse me while I finish up this physio session in peace.
I agree management is worse at TCS. But as an employee everyone should be professional here, and should serve notice in good manner and leave organisation on good note. Afterall we are getting paid for that notice period as well. We should not show such unprofessionalism that to avoid manager calls and stop working etc.
Take a ss and note his linkedin account, tag him in a goodbye note post your last day.
