Threatened by RMG
I am unallocated so I’m reporting to RMG daily. Yesterday I received a mail regarding some town hall just like some other emails of events and I forgot to attend it. Today morning I went to rmg office to report he asked me first question whether you attended town hall or not. I suddenly remembered and I said no. He be like “Apply for leave right now else I won’t take your reporting” very rudely. I was shocked like why my presence in that event was that important. I’m preparing for interviews for new project everyday. I’m too much worried about my career. I’m not having proper sleep I m going to office to report. These rmgs want unallocated people to fill the town hall coz no one else is interested. Why is it forced to attend? Why should I apply leave is it some rule that whatever rmg says we have to follow it? The other day some rmg was threatening other guy “Teri is mahine ki salary kaat lunga” for some reason. Should I apply for leave even though I reported today and let this pass away? Is there any committee like POSH for men where we can complaint about the senior associate threatening ? These might be small thing for many people but the rude behaviour from RMGs is literally disrespectful.
Don't apply leave even if RMG tells you to do so, You have reported that day so you don't have to apply leave. Ask RMG to show any policy where it is written that even if you have reported you have to apply the leave. You might've attended the project calls also which come under work which is proof that you were working that day.
Yup I didn’t apply any leave. If tomorrow he asks again will definitely argue. Today i controlled my anger a lot.
Stupid RMG doesn’t know anything apart from excel and try to act like he’s is my boss or something.
Bhai first and most important thing kisi se bhi Darne ka nhi chahe koi bhi ho. Wo log Darr ka hi fayda uthate hain. Apne par kisi ne ehsaan nhi Kiya hai skill hai isliye job pe hai bhale bench oe q na ho.
Dusra patiently and thande dimaag se response dene ka and is tarah se response do k woh jada argue hi na kar paye.
And third leave tcs asap bcoz koi growth nhi hai yaha
if you are not planning to stay long for bench then screw that.and get a project quick.
