Threat
My delivery manager threatened me by saying if he faces any problem then indirectly I will have problems to deal with.
First, I asked him to change my location which he replied by saying there is no dedicated ODC at that place, it is under construction.
Two weeks later I asked him if I could work from the general ODC which he denied and then threatened me. I asked for general ODC as all my team members and seniors are onsite.
What should I do now?
If no ODC its fine to go for general ODC. what your DM is threatening ? Like anyother location he wants you to go?
He wants me to stay in my current location only.
He indirectly told me not to bother him else I will face problems.
I just wanted to change my location So that I can be with my grandparents.
He also asked for medical certificate to which I agreed but as I was going back to my seat he called me and said don't be so pushy if I have any problem then indirectly you (me) will have problems.
Apart from this I have no work, it's been almost 6 months since I joined TCS as a fresher.
Why is he so insensitive and why is he asking for medical certificates when I have no work here just wasting my time here.
