🧵 [Thread] What's the minimum CTC that would make you feel successful?

Is it a number that gives you freedom? Security? Or just peace of mind?

IMHO Once I reach 2Cr/annum I would feel like I have made it.

💯. As long as your basic needs are met and you don't have to sacrifice too many desires, it's fine. You need to be alive and have time on your hands to make use of whatever you are earning.

For me, success isn’t confined to a yearly salary figure or how much money I make. I agree that financial stability is important, true success at least for me is about how well I am regarded by my peers, colleagues, and mentors in my industry or domain. It’s about the impact I create and the value I bring to the table and field. The money will follow, but it’s the reputation and relationships that truly last.

Do you feel lesser need to hustle after making a decent amount of money?

I did not grow up in a lot of money. I ordered looking at the prices on the menu. This feeling has stayed with me and has fueled me to thrive, push harder, work long hours and get to my goals.

I'm 5 years into my career, and last year...
