Sounds more fulltime than side hustle but yes fair. But how popular is this? Never heard of people of my demographic do this.
I know a 40 year old founder who makes fancy sourdough and other types of bread in his spare time and sells out every time. Another guy who makes only veg and mutton biryani over the weekend only. Works a full-time job on weekdays. It's a question of finding your niche.
