Atlassian is horrible. With the new changes in management, the company is going down to dogs. Please research instead of making these random claims

Ohh is it. I wrote based on the past reviews. Thanks for adding value.

How bad? Can you give a few instances please? It's an attractive option as it's remote.

I've heard awesome things about Rippling - they were also hiring and have top comp numbers. Zepto is also in expansion mode and hiring a great team

Google depends on the team and the manager but it's going down in terms of culture , wlb. Atlassian, I heard from a friend working there , has become toxic, same as Adobe.

European companies like SAP and Siemens have good wlb , however they pay peanuts.

I'll refrain from suggesting Meesho to anyone. It's not the worst company in the world but if you have other options, I'll pick that.

Gojek. They give pretty good pay and WLB is good.
A lot of people on grapevine working at Gojek will disagree with me. At least my team and the work here is good. But yeah, the company's financials are in a pretty bad state right now and the top management is run by old millennials in their mid to late 40s (you get picture) as both the founders have exited.

They exited for a reason. Indo isn’t a market where you can build billion dollar companies even being close to a monopoly. Things could’ve been bad even with the old folks existing.

True, the old folks literally wasted money is what I heard.

SAP, tho the pay might be on the lower side but culture and WLB is great

Indian companies - WLB

Can anybody name some Indian companies with good work life balance ? Or is it a myth ? And no , I’m not looking at government jobs , just IT companies or companies with IT wings :)
