Hey folks, Can you please share the methods and [] while writing self performance reviews?

As starter, I'm sharing couple of pointers I follow:

1. Gather supporting evidences for reviews you write. Don't wait till last minute, because you'll definitely forget what you did last whole year.
2. Don't try to take credit of someone else's work. Even if you contributed a lot on the project/feature, don't write it in a manner that tells you single handedly developed it. Try to mention yourself as part of team, and the achievement as an effort by whole team.
