Thoughtworks vs razorpay
Currently I hold two offer letters and I am confused which one should I join.
- Razorpay with 31 LPA and esops.
- Thoughtworks with 28.7 LPA.
Both of the offers are great my YOE is 5 years. Just wanted know some facts. I heard lots of rumors that thoughtworks is doing silent lays off where as razorpay is short on developers which is causing overtime and lot more work pressure. Thoughtworks in great company in terms of work life balance but razorpay being a product company will have better impact in my resume for the future.
