ThoughtWorks Senior Consultant Offer – Need advice

I recently cleared the technical rounds for a Senior Consultant – Developer role at ThoughtWorks. The discussions initially pointed towards one compensation range, but the final offer I received was lower than expected.
HR mentioned I didn’t do as well in the behavioral/cultural round, though they convinced the lead to go ahead with my candidature. Now I’m wondering if this is a genuine budget limitation or just negotiation tactics.
👉 For those who’ve joined ThoughtWorks recently in similar roles — what’s the realistic compensation band for Senior Consultant? 👉 Any tips on how to negotiate fairly without losing the offer?

Same thing I had faced too. They start with a range, after all the rounds, they come up with a low ball offer. In my case, the interview went pretty well, the HR didn't give me any reason at all.
Same with me, they said in technical there is must hire but in cultural round i did some mistakes and they are now giving 30% hike only. Earlier we discussed about 70% 😞
