Thoughts on Mindtree vs LTI

Hi Guys,

I'm a core Mindtree employee, and I started my career here when this merger happened we heard so many good things about LTI on policies, hikes and more, but the thing is we were all very happy with everything when this org was just Mindtree, u get everything u need just with your manager's approval but now even if you get approvals from everybody HR will come and stop your show, and that CEO connect proved that this org is soon going to hell.
