Trending @Accenture; Thoughts on enrolling ESPP ( Employee share purchase plan ) in Accenture?
Advantage is one will receive 15% discount off their fair market value of Accenture shares on share purchase date.. What's your thought on these. Hows Accenture shares doing ..Has anyone participated this in Accenture before , pls advise if it's worth/ process is smooth.
It's a good investment option and the procedure is quite smooth. You can enroll for it as the window is open right now and can select 1-10% of your monthly salary as an ESPP contribution. At the end of May and November, the shares will be allocated into your UBS account (which will be created during your 1st share allotment).
For the past 3 years, I'm getting an XIRR of >50% so I guess that the Accenture shares are doing well.
P.S. don't know about the procedure for selling the stocks yet.
Nice to hear that. Will Accenture allow us to keep the stocks once we leave company? In my previous organization, it was not possible to keep it in account . I had to withdraw.
Yes, since the stocks remain in your UBS account, you can retain them even if you leave the organisation.
