Just got a mail from our CEO regarding "Details of Annual Pay Review 2025 and Variable Pay-outs for 2024". He started it with "Given the current market conditions", which doesn't really give me anything positive. What do you think about it?

As per me after hike if salary is not increasing at-least 20k monthly in hand salary then it’s not a hike
