Those who are from BSc background, what value does a Master degree(distance) add in your career ??? I have been in IT for 3.5 years, should i go for a masters with a full time job.

If yes, why? And what are the options I have? Like from where I need to do Masters?

If not, why?

Distance learning is not accepted as a proper degree by the companies and HRs so it is only useful to do so if you want to learn. That will not add much to the hiring support. Rather, a full time degree will be much better from an institution which provides good placements.
