Any stats on how sox educated countries have low rope counts (population normalized)? I think a lot more is super wrong in India, sox edu is one dimension.
Probably, but stats also show more sexual crimes committed by people whose origin countries are backward (education, development, corrupt law makers, flimsy laws etc)
The one thing I would want more of in India is Infrastruture. It'll allow industries to flourish and prompt education to follow.

However, must add, rapists are mentally ill people. Something in their brain makes the crime seem right, you cannot entirely remove that. Though if laws are strict enough, that right vs wrong would come up better
