Impact will come only if you bring it in media . Bring 4k-5k employee together and do a dharna at some place then impact will come....
But it's not possible to gather so many .

I have a family to feed and loans to pay. I can come to dharna. What if TCS terminates me after that ? Presently I lose only the qva part of my salary but what if I lose my job, my whole salary is gone. Suggest me what else can I do ?
Raising tickets won’t make it any better. They want people to resign to cut costs
Nothing will change, TCS is the most shameless and the most fake company in terms of these things. Expecti g to gat such things from a BODY SHOP is of no use.

No it doesn't make any impact. Not even a feather will ruffle. They are well planned. What difference it marks even if 3 L employees raise the concern. The best part is those 1L tickets will be closed even without being considered. Your voice won't be heard No matter what you do. If there should be impact then 1L employees should mass resign at a time. Will this ever happen. It's like who bells the cat.
