Big people make big business/money decisions quite callously
Way too many people come from way too diverse backgrounds (I know it's not really news but when you study in a school with a set diaspora, it's can be a little surprising to meet people who are completely different from you or don't get basic slang despite speaking the same language)
How do I put this in a PC way... People of similar backgrounds stick together and prefer to work together and sometimes do work together better than they would with a diverse team
