Those who left TCS after many years, are you happy with your decision? Any regrets?
I’ve spent more than a decade in TCS and looking at the salaries of others in my experience group I regret not leaving TCS earlier. I’m planning to resign now if I get a good offer. Looking for insights from others who were in my shoes and have managed to escape. Which company did you join, how much hike did you get, are you happy in your new company or do you feel you should have never left?
I’m the only earning member in my family and can’t gamble with anything. I would really appreciate if you could share your experiences. Thank you kindly

I left TCS four years back and trust me there are so many companies who treat you better. You won't have regrets but one thing will be there for sure that you will find difficulty in adjustment in the starting.

Regret sometimes.
In tcs , life would have been easy
Outside tcs , life has become rat race
