Those who are rto non-compliant not getting any hike

Wrong i got b band and 4.5 percentage hike, my rto is below 40%

I have 85% rto and B and still got the same..4.5%

Maybe those who licked the boots and are getting a hike irrespective of the RTO. Jai boot lickers.
