He makes well researched content (disregarding what side of the political spectrum he might fall on, as some folks would like to point to)
And all the facts mentioned in the video are true. Especially the last line 'life might be better outside at home there, but it's better inside India'
The other thing is since you're posting this on GV then you're in India 1 category. And life ain't so bad for India 1 honestly. Repeating something again, life in certain pockets of Tier - 1 cities is equally comparable to tier -1 foreign cities, in some cases even better.
Do more research and talk to more people personally, and in your choice of professional field before taking a decision
