May be promotions but not good hike.
:( promotion always goes to managers pet. My manager only talks to 4 people and rotate promotions and awards among them. Such a waste :( i will be disheartened if this time also no hike for the amount of work they ask us to do

Nobody knows. Everyone is just assuming.
Managers are the worst thing happened to Accenture. They are giving ACE awards to their pets who joined just one month ago and till now we didn’t even get any award who are working their asses off from the past two years
Looking at the company performance in the last two quarters and the bleak projections for the next quarters, dont expect any hikes!
