This trend of founders glorifying 70-80 hour weeks is getting exhausting

Podcast bravado hai? Hustle culture hai? So what, its just draining. Lets spend the day listening to founders preach on timelines. Feeling more and more annoyed with this stuff, to the point where i feel its all fake. i routinely pull those hours for clients. Didn't even try to pretend the output is good. Stuck staring at my screen as past few years I was doing the same thing making slides and preparing for reviews. Prior to that focused a lot on bschool. So had little to no sleep during deliverables. And now I can promise you quality drops off a cliff after hour 55, there is noone actually doing real work for 80 hours.
