Not true, unless you are compliant on all the parameters, you will not be promoted. Just maintain 3-4 months per week attendance. You will be promoted.

Now a days they are autopromoting from PA to A if you are fulfilling the criteria. Don't take risk, ho for first 2-3 days in 1st week and then last three days in 2nd week. Noone will be able to promote you off not fulfilling the criteria, I have experienced it badly. Market condition is not good, exceptional cases are mil(very rare).
