This one is for the Freshers

The best thing you can do is give a fresher an opportunity. But we do things differently.. Tier-1 gets opportunity. Tier-2 gets advice. Tier-3 gets ignored.

We as a system love breaking the backs of freshers from Tier-2 and Tier-3 by denying them their first shot - and then spend the rest of their careers penalising them for how they survived it. We reject them for first not having experience/ internships, then having not having "big names" on their resume, and completely and conveniently forgetting we are the reason they had to settle for small ones. We make them start smaller, earn less, learn harder and then judge them forever for "not scaling fast enough"

What a fucked up way of doing things I have won some fights.. I have lost more .. somehow the elitist believe the elites deserves a priority queue in employment too.
