20+ got laid off and another 30 are on the chopping block. It all started when 2 co-founders Raghav Joshi and Sagar Kochhar and the CEO Jaydeep Barman were cut in May 2025. Then, they announced a “permanent return to office” policy, followed by the closure of our Bangalore and Gurgaon offices with the absurd excuse of “better team collaboration.” Employees were forced to choose between resigning by June 30th or relocating to Mumbai.
And just to add insult to injury, they slashed our sick leave by 70%, reducing it from 45+ days to a measly 15.
The next move? The company is in financial ruin. They’ll be doing another round of layoffs next quarter. This time, it's the CTO, as there's no focus on the tech side, and the tech team will be cut down.
