This is the reason why Indian Startups get a bad rep globally…

  1. Promising big rewards but backing out due to 'technical issues' is bad business practice. @CRED_club should own up to their commitments if they want to build lasting trust.

Disappointing for users, embarrassing for the ecosystem.

  1. Transparency and accountability are key to building trust. @CRED_club need to prioritize customer experience over damage control. Offering a ₹1K 'goodwill gesture' after canceling a jackpot worth ₹3.25L just adds insult to injury. This isn't how you build credibility.

  2. This is how great brands are destroyed: Overpromising and underdelivering is a sure way to lose customer loyalty.

This is expected from a company like CRED. Am sure no one wins this jackpot but you did due to a technical glitch. The developer must have been fired already.

I was wondering the same, winning the jackpot itself was the technical issue lmao

Seriously, how can it be the case that someone wins with a technical glitch. So much for the radical candour lmao.

Even if it’s a tech glitch own up Cred. The jackpot is still less than the salaries of the shit PMs they’ve hired. Might as well fire a few of them so they pull up their act lol.

Cred guys anyway looks such a fraud guys. I have never understood why people use things like Cred!

I agree. I have friends working at cred who wants to jump ship soon.

If you install cred on nox or any other simulator, you can see it trying to read sms's and emails including personal messages. Their model is to audit YOU, and sell you.

Damn that sucks, didn't expect this from cred. If this is how apps for the "top 1%" work, I wonder what's in store for us.

There's nothing special about cred as such really. Just another loss making startup.

Sad about cred too if this is true.

Tbh CRED never appealed to me Personally. They are just burning cash and with no business model. Kunal Shah maybe a visionary but this ain’t for top 1%. They are mostly about slick marketing and high profile partnerships. The app feels more like a luxury rewards program for an aspirational lifestyle, rather than providing any real utility.

The flash may attract attention, but substance is what’s ultimately required for long-term success.

SquishyQuokka

Honestly, I like the idea of Cred. The problem is that they have the curse of high standards.

And those high standards are hard to keep delivering on.

CRED is a scam

That kunal shah knows only to give gyan on public platform. Cred is such a shitty bloated app. I only open it two three times a month to pay cc bills

There is food chain that is never broken. Founders scam the greedy investors, employees scam the company, company scams the customer. Occasionally when the the chain gets reversed, these technical issue occur

This omerta code is never broken.
