We have one SA in our team who is supposed to do some critical , overthinking, helping, taking responsibility and other work for the team. instead it just show off when the client in the office or Management is on the floor and when it comes to work just run away by pretending sickness and assign the work to someone else by taking managers name..How is this possible for SA level employees to work without doing any kind of task ..not even this , while we all are working in the office with 40-50mins of total break time..that SA is utilising the time by doing 4 hrs of total break times and 2hrs of total work by sending some mails.
Do you also have these kinds of seniors in ur team..who shows off her work but not doing any work in ur team.
How do you treat them ?

So basically, there are some seniors, who don't deserve such roles like SA or A. Actually people can simply become PA to SA with some high experience, it doesn't show they are really good and experienced.
They act like smart-ass and throw the work on others and enjoy their life... If u try to complain or escalate, they can defend by saying, they are just dividing the work among the team.
An SA is supposed to handle maximum 4 projects at a time. So even if u try to complain, they can defend themselves. Managers will not pay you any heed as they think, u cannot understand the hierarchy of work divided by senior position members.
Solution : the only solution is, if u really need any help, try to get the help from them, or try mailing them by keeping your project manager in CC, if u need any assistance or face any problem. Then only your manager will get a clear picture and that will make that senior to work diligently.
If they try to take any unnecessary leaves, reply to that mail 'due to heavy workload and dependencies, the work may get delayed and cannot meet deadlines'
You need to act carefully bro in these matters and act smartly...
