Career moksha is realising that all you doing is bartering 40 hours a week for $$.

That helps you put a premium on your time and also answers the question of "How much should I ask for?".

In my experience this dawns upon you around Year 15 of work. Thats when the FI equations also start to become sharper.

Thats also when most people realise they're not going to leave a lasting legacy and should start prioritising work for what it is.
