First of all, it was the management of tcs who took the incorrect steps by over hiring and now its a torture for the employees.
People join with good skill sets but tcs forced them into projects with old technology. And now they are blaming employees of old skill sets.Irony at its peak.
It's haist decision by tcs taking such a drastic step by removing employees unethically, employees feeling the pressure.But, moment the employee start getting calls, it's over for tcs. People are going to put down the papers . It's going to start soon.
If they can make the notice period of 30 days , they no need to terminate people. Employees itself will put down the papers.

So according to you 6 lakhs employees will get another job?. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Haha.. you are doubting yourself .. ? I am saying after knowing the current situation, no one would like to stay back in tcs once the market opens up ..

It doesn't matter. Whether inside or outside. Very few will get a job. I don't care as I don't have a loan or debt or costly financial responsibilities. I can easily get a job for 20000 per month and live happily in Kolkata. I'm talking about those who have hefty car loans and EMI

Well said! Once trust is lost, it's difficult to get back. Earlier candidates joined with a low package compared to industry standards because of job security. It's no more because of the 35 days bench period. Going forward, candidates won't join if they don't get high pay as per industry standard. Existing employees will rethink and jump as they get a good package and current technology jobs outside.
