Yes, mostly hikes will be given to those who got nothing in past December cycle or if you've some hot skill or you're a critical resource else nothing. On promotions too, there is just 13%.

Yes, but I doubt it will be 13%... December they gave 3-4 % for most and hot skills and critical got some good hikes

Chill guys.. we received email that says there's going to be stay at level hikes and promotions in good numbers (around 15k)

One more catch here December cycle hike has differed and now they are not giving it will be again nextJune cycle and also dec they gave very less after 1year with no hikes
