Why tcs HR has to made this app, they have internal development team who works on Ux apps, they could have asked them.
Company way of thinking is different then we think.
We always get info that don't use client chat tool for other thing since they have admin access.
Even though app is developed by other company.
So be careful



Names are jumbled. How will they find who is posting what. This is just to create a false alarm to stop people discussing openly.

They don't want to know WHO is discussing they wanted to know what is been discussed to take action

Policies cannot change overnight. Just because people are discussing here. There is also a Facebook channel TCS confessions where names of people are also discussed. There is a possibility that you are that HR who is just trying to cause chaos

Let's assume tcs did build this app for a moment. Do you think the app would be this stable π? The UI would be kind of modern π? The app would be crashing by now π. TCS doesn't have a budget to give its employees a decent hike or promotion and you think they have money to build this π. Even if they did, they will allow only TCS people here just to save some server cost. Are you delulu π.

But there is definitely a possibility as the ads for this app are mainly based on TCS people π.

This app can't be by TCS or HR, simply put... It is too well designed to be TCS app. And everything is functioning well too so definitely not HR initiated or anything. Give credit where it dues also other company associates are also in this app so are they discussing their HR too?

I know the founders, they are ex Google,not from TCS HR. But some HRs maybe in the app,that's all.

Do you think HR has the interest to know this chit chat ... Obviously there are HRs using this app but that won't change the way policies work. This is a company of 600k+ emps. They even isolate individual cases in group meeting calls and then read the policy to them and that's the end of discussion.

Every one knows this they isolate the case and read policy in front of associate But if you give them more ideas they made policy like that which further reduce the employees freedom.
