I barely see any engagement on posts where people have genuine concerns and questions (career related), and the rest are LinkedIn level cringe.

I agree. There was a recent post from a GV account requesting suggestions. I believe it needs strict moderation, similar to StackOverflow. Otherwise, we risk falling into enshittification with low-quality posts just to attract more attention.
