Thinking to switch from Audit to finance !

Can somebody help me figure out the best way to get started in finance as there are lot of divisions in it. I m looking for one with high growth, Learning and where I can leverage my CPA, also getting more than 12lpa cause I already have 2.5yrs exp in external Audit of investment management cos.
