I have 8 YOE. BPS voice =7 years Application support= 1 year
recently learned cloud, agile methodologies, css html a little bit of python, power BI from udemy etc. If I leave TCS will my certificate include my BPS details. Can I justify 7 years experience. How should I go about this. Can I hide this from my future employer

Go in application support use Python for scripting , SQL for DB and say worked for 3-4 years see 5 JOb description and ask grok for study plan on the same. 1 cloud certification will attract good calls. Hope this helps.
Power BI is just tool for data analytics. If you are deep into data understand then go for it but need awesome projects to offer.

Yes that makes sense I have completed AWS coud practitioner certification and am preparing for associate certification, saw python on YouTube from code with Harry I feel comfortable learning python...

How should I explain my experience with the interviewer or should I hide about BPS

Say total IT Experience is 7, relavant experience in cloud as 4 years. Try to add some real time projects into resume and have some knowledge on how they implemented in their project. For 4 years experience in cloud I think you can crack the interview. Just focus and prepare well, at one point of time you ll land into a job but you have to keep sharpening your axe bcoz you donno whe u ll get the opportunity to strike. All the best 🎉

Prepare a script. Into + project. No one knows outside about your job. If you show yourself a duck they will believe you are a duck. You just have to fake it for 40 mins in an interview. 10 me se ek company ko batli me lena h.

You have been misguided, cloud is different, css & html are different, python is different, power bi is different. Choose any one and learn only that. With 7 YOE, you will be hired to train others and mentor others. Master one skill and target mid level companies they can hire you with a decent package.

But I how do I tell them I have hands on experience because the first question they ask is
