Thinking to buy a house in hyderabad. Which area is good. My budget is max 90 lacs. I need good connectivity to Gachibowli area.

90 lakhs me to 1 BHK hi mil payega ab!! Good connectivity to Gachibowli, and by “good” I mean faster reach time, is not possible in 90 lakhs. Any 2 BHK in all nearby area will easily go upward of 1 cr. Like 1.4 cr, 1.8 cr etc. And that is talking of Flat, not of “house”.

House of flat? If it’s flat then there are no of high rise apartments coming on the way from Shamshabad to aramghar. That’s best place I would say. Outer is near to go anywhere and expressway is near to go inside city
