I'm serving notice period and my last date is 15th August. I don't have any offer in my hand yet. Infy were trying to retain me for 25% hike. Now I'm thinking to get retained as I don't have any offer.
- Will they retain me?
- If i get retained, what should i do to get some proof that they are giving me 25% hike?
- If I get retained, i need to go to bench directly as I put resignation because of location issue.
- Going directly on bench is possible?
- If they retain me and i go on bench, will I be eligible for 25% hike?
- If they retain me, can i put resignation again when i get any other letter if I'm on bench?
- On bench, will they release me immediately if tell them to on getting a other offer letter?
They can retain you as you have an option to pull back your resignation in eseparation portal. But for 25% you need proof, otherwise they won’t. 3rd question if you were in a project and they have lined up your replacement they i guess you go in bench. If you are on bench they will release you immediately. But, resigning after again getting retained 2 week back, good luck with your certificates.

You can resign again anytime but they can put some bad review or they can make make you stay 90 days even on bench
How did they gave you retention hike without any offer in hand?
